I'm Lesley, a Sydney based art director, designer and creative thinker with over 18 years of industry experience.
My love of illustration led me to a Bachelor of Design in Visual Communications, majoring in photo-illustration.
My experience spans brand, campaign, editorial, and multi‑channel design, I work at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and visual craft. My process starts well before the design phase, translating complex data, audience insights, and business goals into clear creative direction and compelling visual outcomes.
Currently at UNICEF Australia, I lead design across high profile campaigns, partnerships, and organisational communications, ensuring creative work not only looks strong, but works hard. From board‑level presentations and national campaigns to digital, print, and OOH, I bring strategic thinking, consistency, and clarity to every touchpoint.
When I'm not working you will most likely find me training in the dance studio or chasing after my 8-year old at the local playground.
